All attendance records must be delivered to Family Resource and Referral Center’s (FRRC) office by mail or placed in the drop box before 5:00 p.m. by the 5th of the month following service. Only late attendance records are accepted by the receptionists on site.
FRRC cannot be responsible for the post office’s failure to deliver, and postmarks are not accepted as proof of timely submission. If the 5th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the drop box will be available to deposit attendance records until 5:00 p.m.
Attendance records received in our office via mail or drop box by 5pm on the 5th of the month and completed accurately will be processed on a weekly basis.
All attendance records received after the 5th of the month are considered late. FRRC does not guarantee the date of payment for late attendance records.
For more detailed information on attendance record policy and procedures, please check the Parent and Provider Handbook.
