Employment

The Family Resource & Referral Center strives to be San Joaquin County’s employer of choice. We offer a challenging work environment characterized by open communication, employee involvement, collaboration, and community service. Our 115-member staff serves San Joaquin County from our main office located at the Waterfront Towers on Stockton’s Downtown South Shore, as well as our offices at Railroad Square (the CalWORKs Building) and on Robinhood Drive. Staff normally works a traditional 40-hour week with some flexibility available that varies by position, and most positions require occasional non-traditional hours. Our staff is committed to improving the lives of children and families in San Joaquin County through direct personal action.
